The governance bodies of FAIRsFAIR – its General Assembly, Executive Committee and Project Coordination Office – are  being assisted by a pan project Synchronisation Force for providing appropriate visibility to all stakeholders. The Synchronisation Force is composed of representatives of the partners of the FAIRsFAIR project and is called to organise three focused workshops, for developing and tracking an effective uptake strategy to facilitate adoption of FAIR, while ensuring synchronisation with other initiatives, projects and EOSC governance. The first workshop will be organised on 25th October, 2019, in Budapest, Hungary, in conjunction with the EOSC Symposium. The workshop will also be the occasion to present the first of a series of three reports that will serve as input for a White Paper on FAIR.

In order to get ready for the first workshop, the members of the Synchronisation Force will convene in Helsinki, Finland, on 23rd October 2019, for a closed meeting, leveraging on the 14th Plenary of the Research Data Alliance. The first draft of the report to be presented in Budapest will be discussed there.

The meeting will take place at CSC in Helsinki, October 23, 2019, from 18:00 to 19:30 local time
